Philadelphia projects
Philadelphia has a mix of long-established firms, universities, hospitals and young companies, and their films serve different readers. A university or hospital story often needs several voices and careful approvals. A startup founder film is usually one person, a tight timeline and a launch date.
Whichever it is, we agree the outline and the approval steps first, so the people who sign off see the story before any cutting begins.
How a Philadelphia project runs
- You share the interviews and footage and tell us who the film is for.
- We read the transcripts, propose a story outline, and send a written quote.
- You review a first cut with time-stamped notes.
- We refine the edit and deliver the film and short cut-downs.
Everything happens online: footage arrives through a shared link, outlines and cuts come back for review, and calls are booked on Eastern time. We don't have an office in Philadelphia, and the edit doesn't need one.

Questions
What time zone are calls in?
Eastern time, the same as Philadelphia.
Can several people approve the film?
Yes. Everyone can leave notes on the same review link, and we collect them into one round.
Ask for a quote
Cost depends on how many interviews there are, how much b-roll, the finished length, the amount of sound and color work, and the number of revision rounds. Every job gets its own written quote.
