Why they work
A prospect believes another customer more than they believe you. A customer story video lets them hear from someone like them about the problem they had and what changed after they started working with you. The best ones barely mention the product until the second half.
The shape we cut
We build around the customer's world before, what the problem was costing them, why they chose you, and what is different now. The company's role stays in the background. If the customer says something specific and true about results, we keep it in their words; we never add numbers or claims they didn't make.

Questions
Can the interview be recorded over a video call?
Yes, though a local recording on the customer's side looks and sounds much better than the call itself. We can send simple instructions.
Can you make several stories look like a series?
Yes. We set up titles, captions and music once and reuse them, so every story matches.
